Dr. Cornelia Elad, DNP- PMHNP- BC, is a Doctor of Nursing Practice. As a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, she is dedicated to providing compassionate, patient-centered care at Connect Integrated Health Services. Dr. Elad has over 20 years of nursing experience in psychiatry and has had the privilege of working with diverse populations throughout her career.  As a psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, Dr. Elad is committed to delivering comprehensive, evidence-based care that addresses her patients’ physical, emotional, spiritual, and social needs. Her approach revolves around active listening, respect, trust, empathy, education, and empowerment. Every individual deserves to be heard and respected, and she strives to equip her patients with the knowledge necessary for them to take charge of their health. Dr. Elad uses a holistic approach to support individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, PTSD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, grief, and more. She has been passionate about psychiatry since she started her career over two decades ago, and she stays up to date with the latest research to ensure you receive the best care possible.

Academic:

Dr. Elad Cornelia’s achievements reflect her commitment to excellence. She earned her Registered Nurse (RN) degree from Montgomery College in Silver Spring, MD, followed by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Aspen University in Denver, Colorado. She further pursued her passion for psychiatric mental health by completing her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) specialty in Psychiatry at Regis College in Weston, Massachusetts. Her expertise is validated by certification from the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC).

She is dedicated to diagnosing, managing, and treating a broad spectrum of mental health conditions.
