Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy, also known as talk therapy, is a process in which individuals work with a trained mental health professional to address emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges. The goal of psychotherapy is to help individuals understand their thoughts and feelings, develop coping strategies, and improve their overall mental well-being. Therapists may use different techniques and approaches, such as Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic therapy, Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness Therapy, and other types, depending on the needs of the client.

At CIHS, psychotherapy can be conducted in individual or family settings targeting a wide range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship problems, and more.
